Job summary

AMAZON WEB SERVICES SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED seeks an experienced people manager to lead the Partner Solutions Architect teams across ASEAN. You will own the technical strategy, team development, and partner engagement for AI and Growth Partners, covering Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and the Philippines.

This is a high-visibility, dual-charter leadership role requiring executive collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise IT experience with at least 2 years in hands-on software or DevOps.
• 2+ years architecting/operating solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
• 8+ years in technology solutions development and roadmaps for cloud transformations.
• Bachelor's degree and prior leadership of senior tech teams with customer exposure.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute technical strategy, migration, modernization, and AI enablement across ASEAN.
• Lead partner engagement with AI and Growth Partners, including executive briefings.
• Build scalable operating rhythms, enablement programs, and win-ready AI solution designs.
• Represent partner needs to AWS AI service teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.
