BMC Helix Asia Pacific PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Indirect Sales Manager to drive net-new logo acquisition across Singapore, Thailand, Philippines and Vietnam from Singapore.

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years of experience in enterprise software sales across ASEAN.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in large enterprise environments.
• Experience selling enterprise platforms such as ITSM, ITOM, AIOps, Automation, Cloud, Observability, or Infrastructure Management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Growth territory across Singapore, Thailand, Philippines and Vietnam including strategy, pipeline creation, forecasting, and revenue delivery for net-new logo acquisition and existing customers.
• Build annual territory plans and a prioritized target account list, map stakeholders, and define pursuit plans to land enterprise customers.
• Deliver high-impact product presentations, executive briefings, and business-case focused value propositions.
• Own deal strategy from discovery through closure including pricing, negotiations, and approvals.
• Collaborate with system Integrators, channel partners, and regional teams to progress partner-sourced and co-sell opportunities.
• Act as the voice of the customer and work with Product, Leadership, and Global teams to share insights.
