Job summary

Nanyang Technological University Singapore is seeking an entry-level role in Student Affairs to support two flagship arts initiatives: the NTU Varsity Arts Programme and the NTU Arts Festival. The role involves coordinating performances, managing timelines, and liaising with student artists and partners.

The successful candidate will contribute to arts and cultural life across NTU, including residential halls, and assist with community outreach and partnership development.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline required; arts/cultural programming experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Good organisational and project-management capabilities to coordinate multiple workstreams.
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends to support events and programmes.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of the NTU Varsity Arts Programme.
• Assist with inaugural NTU Arts Festival development, coordination, logistics and budgeting.
• Coordinate arts activities within Halls of Residence and connect with the wider Varsity Arts Programme.
• Engage with residents, community groups, and external partners to broaden NTU Arts Festival reach.
