Job summary

Dance Ensemble Singapore Ltd is seeking a Junior Arts Operations Executive to support day-to-day operations, programme delivery, and student engagement within a vibrant arts setting. You will take ownership of administrative tasks, customer experience, and event coordination to ensure smooth execution of all programmes and activities.

The role involves handling front desk inquiries, CRM data management, invoicing, and assisting with performances and outreach efforts in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations by responding promptly and accurately to enquiries from students and parents
• Provide clear and detailed information on programmes, schedules, and fees to support customer understanding
• Maintain and update student records to ensure CRM data accuracy and integrity
• Prepare invoices and process payments while ensuring all financial documentation is complete and accurate
• Handle petty cash transactions and assist with basic finance administration tasks to support financial operations
• Coordinate studio bookings and scheduling to optimize resource use and programme flow
• Support performances and events by managing ticketing, guest lists, and onsite logistics to ensure smooth event execution
• Assist with communications, outreach, and basic marketing activities to enhance programme visibility and engagement
• Perform general administrative duties and prepare operational reports to support management decision-making
