The Singapore Land Authority is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive placemaking and programming across its state properties, transforming spaces into vibrant community places through policy, planning and partnerships.

You will lead projects from concept to activation, collaborate with public agencies, tenants and private partners, monitor outcomes, and report on performance, including after-hours events when required.

Formación

• Qualification in Urban Planning, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Social Sciences, Arts Management, Real Estate or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in placemaking or events.
• Creative thinker with interest in activating spaces meaningfully.
• Ability to manage multi‑stakeholder projects with competing priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Formulate placemaking policies and regulations to realise objectives.
• Develop and implement placemaking initiatives for SLA properties.
• Engage with public agencies, tenants and partners to co-create ideas.
• Manage placemaking projects from concept to evaluation, including after-hours support.
• Monitor performance and prepare reports with improvements.
