SLA Singapore Land Authority is seeking an Assistant Manager, Business Planning & Development (Placemaking) to lead placemaking initiatives across its state properties. You will drive programming, engage public agencies and community partners, and manage projects from concept through evaluation.

The role requires collaboration across tenants, government bodies and private partners, with a focus on activating spaces in ways that engage communities and enhance visitor experiences.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years experience in placemaking or organising events
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Creative thinker with an eye for spatial quality and community relevance
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams and partners

Responsabilidades

• Formulate placemaking policies and regulations to realise place-making objectives
• Identify programming gaps and develop initiatives for SLA properties
• Engage with public agencies, tenants and partners to co-create placemaking concepts
• Research trends and adapt best practices to SLA properties
• Develop a network of placemaking and community partners across SLA properties
• Manage placemaking projects from concept to implementation and post-event evaluation
• Provide on-ground support during programmes and events and coordinate schedules and budgets
• Monitor delivery against KPI and prepare post-activation evaluations and improvements
