Job summary

AIMO ENTERTAINMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic artistic leader to shape creative direction for live shows and productions in Singapore. You will oversee planning, rehearsals, casting, and collaboration with directors, choreographers, musicians, and production teams.

You will review content for artistic quality, ensure timely delivery within budgets, and monitor industry trends to drive innovative performance concepts. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Degree, or equivalent professional qualification in Performing Arts, Arts Management, Theatre, Music, Entertainment Production, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience in live entertainment, performing arts, theatre, music productions, or related fields.
• Strong project management and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple productions and timelines concurrently.
• Strong creative and artistic judgement.
