2A ENTERTAINMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a senior leader to direct the Club’s entertainment and cultural programming, shaping a distinctive creative identity through music, art, fashion, culture and live experiences.

You will curate a calendar of live music, performances, DJ programmes, art exhibitions, fashion experiences and other cultural events, while developing original concepts aligned with our brand and member interests. Strong leadership and industry connections are essential.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in entertainment, music, arts, cultural programming, luxury lifestyle, hospitality or related environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the Club’s entertainment and cultural programming strategy and annual calendar.
  • Curate live music, performances, DJ programmes, art exhibitions, fashion experiences and other cultural and entertainment programmes.
  • Develop original entertainment concepts aligned with the Club’s brand, community and member interests.
  • Source and engage suitable local and international artists, musicians, performers, DJs, designers and other creative talent.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with artists, talent agencies, galleries, designers, cultural organisations and creative partners.
  • Maintain awareness of entertainment, music, art, fashion and cultural trends and identify relevant programming opportunities for the Club.
  • Lead the creative direction and talent selection for entertainment programmes and member experiences.
  • Negotiate talent fees and commercial arrangements within delegated authority and approved budgets.
  • Work closely with Events & Partnerships on the planning, production and delivery of entertainment programmes.
  • Collaborate with Membership, Marketing, Operations and F&B teams to create engaging and well-coordinated member experiences.
  • Review attendance, member feedback, engagement and commercial performance of entertainment programmes.
  • Lead, coach and develop the Entertainment team.

Requirements
  • Significant experience in entertainment, music, arts, cultural programming, luxury lifestyle, hospitality or related environments.
  • Proven experience curating and delivering live entertainment, music, art, fashion or cultural programmes.
  • Strong professional network of artists, musicians, performers, agencies and creative partners locally and/or internationally.
  • Strong creative, commercial, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
  • Proven leadership and team-management experience.
  • High creativity, cultural awareness, professionalism and discretion.
