Qualifications

• Experience in multiple performance styles, including theater, music, dance, and comedy.
• Expertise in musical instruments, singing, or other performance skills.
• Ability to create and lead workshops and classes for aspiring performers.
• Proficiency in stage management and production.
• Experience in tour management and coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in Performing Arts or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of professional performance experience.
• Strong stage presence and ability to connect with audiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and to take direction from creative team members.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
