Job summary

STELLAR TALENT MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a dynamic Artistic Director to lead the creative direction for live shows and entertainment productions.

You will plan and execute artistic programmes, collaborate with directors, performers and production teams, and guide rehearsals to ensure audience engagement and timely delivery.

The role requires strong vision, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple productions within budget and schedule constraints.

Qualifications

• Diploma, degree, or equivalent in performing arts or related fields.
• Experience in live entertainment or performing arts productions.
• Strong project management and leadership capabilities.

Requirements:

• Diploma, Degree, or equivalent professional qualification in Performing Arts, Arts Management, Theatre, Music, Entertainment Production, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience in live entertainment, performing arts, theatre, music productions, or related fields.
• Strong project management and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple productions and timelines concurrently.
• Strong creative and artistic judgement.
