We are inviting candidates for the position of:

Art Director

We are looking for a creative and experienced Art Director to lead the development of regional creative concepts and visual direction for social and digital content across RHQ-led campaigns and content initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller with a keen eye for design, craft, and innovation, capable of translating strategic objectives into compelling social-first and digital visual communications across multiple platforms. Beyond hands-on creative development, this role will take ownership of establishing regional master visuals, design principles, and creative guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop Regional Master Concepts and Visual Direction for RHQ-led campaigns and content initiatives.


• Establish Master Visuals, design principles, and creative guidelines that can be effectively adapted across social platforms, formats and regional markets.


• Provide creative briefs, visual references, and production direction to the Production Center.


• Ensure regional creative consistency and conduct quality reviews of key visual deliverables across markets and platforms, considering relevant platform specifications and creative best practices.


• Independently manage projects from conceptualisation through production, ensuring high standards of creative execution.


• Collaborate with copywriters, creative teams, digital teams, and other stakeholders to develop integrated campaign solutions.


• Ensure high standards of visual craftsmanship and execution across social and digital content.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in art direction, creative development, digital advertising, or a related field, with a strong creative portfolio.


• Strong experience in social and digital content, with a good understanding of social-first and mobile-first creative, platform formats and best practices.


• Strong eye for design and craft, with the ability to develop visual systems that can be adapted across different markets, platforms and formats.


• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to provide clear creative direction and work effectively with regional and production teams.


• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.


• Knowledge of motion and video design tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro or equivalent tools would be an advantage.
