Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in art direction, creative development or digital advertising.
• Strong experience in social and digital content with mobile-first knowledge.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Knowledge of motion/video tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.
• Ability to develop visual systems and design principles across markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop Regional Master Concepts and Visual Direction for RHQ-led campaigns and content initiatives.
• Establish Master Visuals and design guidelines adaptable across platforms and markets.
• Provide briefs, visual references, and production direction to the Production Center.
• Ensure regional creative consistency and quality across markets and platforms.
• Independently manage projects from conceptualisation through production with high standards.
• Collaborate with copywriters, creative teams, digital teams and stakeholders on campaigns.
• Maintain high standards of visual craftsmanship across social and digital content.
