Job summary

Cheil Singapore seeks an experienced Art Director to lead regional visual direction for social and digital campaigns. You will translate strategic objectives into compelling creative and establish master visuals and guidelines across markets.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience and a strong portfolio are required. You will collaborate with copywriters, production and digital teams, manage projects end-to-end, and ensure high visual craftsmanship across platforms.

Qualifications

> Minimum 5 years of experience in art direction, creative development, digital advertising, or related field.
> Strong portfolio with social-first and mobile-first work.
> Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; motion design is a plus.

Responsibilities

> Develop Regional Master Concepts and Visual Direction for RHQ-led campaigns and content initiatives.
> Establish Master Visuals, design principles, and guidelines adaptable across markets.
> Provide creative briefs and production direction to the Production Center.
> Ensure regional creative consistency and quality reviews across markets.
> Independently manage projects from concept to production.
> Collaborate with copywriters, digital teams, and stakeholders on integrated campaigns.
> Maintain high standards of visual craftsmanship across platforms.
