Job summary

Cheil Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Copywriter to develop compelling social and digital brand communications and drive regional content excellence across markets. The role focuses on translating marketing objectives into engaging consumer messages, developing Tone & Manner, master messaging, and copy frameworks for RHQ-led initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising, Language & Literature or Arts.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in social, digital or integrated advertising and campaigns.
• Ability to adopt different points of view and write in various tones of voice.
• Experience developing social and digital copy, with an understanding of how messaging, tone and copy formats should adapt across different social platforms.
• Able to decipher marketing speak and translate marketing jargons into consumer-friendly sentences.
• A sharp eye for spotting bad grammar and misspellings a must.
• Positive attitude and collaborative mindset a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop Regional Tone & Manner guidelines and master copy for RHQ-led campaigns and content initiatives.
• Establish key messages, headlines, taglines, and copy frameworks aligned with brand positioning and communication objectives.
• Create compelling copy for social and digital content, adapting messaging, tone and copy formats to suit different platforms and audience behaviours.
• Provide creative guidance to the Production Center for platform and local market copy variations while maintaining the integrity of master messaging.
• Review and ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of key copy deliverables across markets and platforms.
• Translate marketing strategies and complex briefs into clear, engaging, and consumer-friendly messages.
• Prepare and present creative concepts and copy proposals to internal stakeholders and clients.
