Job summary

MediaTek in Singapore is seeking a dedicated tester to design advanced testing methodologies for ARM-based CPU smartphone products. You will apply DFT techniques to optimize CPU test coverage and participate in post-silicon binning to maximize performance, power efficiency, and yield.

Ideal candidates show strong knowledge of CPU architecture, a passion for IC testing flows on cutting-edge nodes (4nm and below), and a drive to boost silicon yield through post-silicon methods.
