Job summary

MediaTek seeks a skilled engineer to design advanced testing methodologies for the latest ARM-based CPU smartphone products. You will apply cutting-edge DFT techniques and optimize test coverage on CPU architectures.

Additionally, you will perform post-silicon binning to maximize CPU performance, power efficiency, and yield, contributing to MediaTek's leadership in semiconductor technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor, Master, or PhD in Electrical/Computer/ Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
• Good knowledge of CPU architecture and design.
• Interest in real-world IC testing flows on advanced nodes (4nm and below).
• Passionate about optimizing silicon yield and boosting CPU performance and power via post-silicon tech.

Responsibilities

• Designing advanced testing methodology on latest ARM based CPU smartphone products.
• Applying latest testing (DFT) technique, optimizing test coverage on CPU.
• Performing post-silicon binning technique to achieve best possible CPU performance, power, and yield.
