Job summary

MediaTek Incorporated in Singapore invites a talented engineer to design advanced testing methodology on ARM-based CPU smartphone products. You will apply state-of-the-art DFT techniques to optimize CPU test coverage.

You will perform post-silicon binning to maximize CPU performance, power, and yield on the latest semiconductor technology nodes, contributing to cutting-edge mobile SoCs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor, Master or PhD in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Good knowledge of CPU architecture and design.
• Interest in real-world IC testing flows on advanced nodes (4nm and below).
• Passion for optimizing silicon yield and CPU performance/power through post-silicon tech.
