Job summary

MediaTek is seeking a skilled CPU Design Engineer to contribute to ARM-based CPU development for cutting-edge smartphone devices. You will work on RTL modeling, timing constraints, and low-power modeling to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of CPU architecture and design.
• Passionate about boosting performance of ARM CPU.
• Interest in gaining exposure to real-world IC design flows and latest semiconductor technology.

Responsibilities

• Design ARM based CPU on latest smartphone products.
• Develop CPU RTL model, defining timing constraint (SDC), low-power model (UPF)
• Benchmark and evaluate CPU performance under different configuration and specification.
• Design Verification on CPU functionality, low-power requirement through simulation and Machine Learning.
