Job summary

MediaTek is seeking a skilled IC design engineer in Singapore to implement an ARM-based CPU for flagship smartphone products.

You will drive the IC design flow from RTL to GDSII, including synthesis, floorplanning, Place&Route, and physical verification, while performing STA with On-Chip Process Variation modeling. Strong knowledge of CPU architecture and power-formance-area optimization is essential.

Qualifications

• Good Knowledge of CPU Architecture and Design.
• Exposure to real-world IC design flows and leading semiconductor tech nodes (4nm and below).
• Passionate about optimizing Power, Performance and Area of newest ARM CPU.

Responsibilities

• Implementing ARM based CPU on latest smartphone products.
• Completing IC Design VLSI flow from RTL to GDSII (Synthesis, Floorplan, Automated Place&Route, Physical Verification).
• Performing Static Timing Analysis (STA) on CPU design, modeling on On-Chip Process Variation.
