Job summary

Kingsforce Management Services Pte. Ltd. is leading the technical project management for a major 15,000-seat arena development, covering the full lifecycle from design to handover.

The role focuses on coordinating cross-disciplinary requirements, managing submissions and risks, and ensuring operational readiness through commissioning, testing and defects management. Site engagement and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience on hospitality or arena developments preferred.
• Familiarity with CAD/BIM viewers for document review preferred.
• Experience with commissioning, testing, defects management and handover preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical and operational requirements across arena workstreams to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Manage project requirements, drawings, technical submissions, decisions, actions, risks and issues to maintain project integrity.
• Facilitate multidisciplinary reviews with internal stakeholders, designers, engineers, consultants, contractors and vendors to resolve technical matters.
• Review technical documentation, drawings, specifications and submissions to verify compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor project actions, deliverables, decisions and outstanding issues through to resolution to maintain progress.
• Support project planning and coordination for commissioning readiness, testing, defects management, acceptance and handover phases.
• Coordinate preparation and review of handover documentation and operational readiness requirements to ensure a smooth transition.
• Identify project risks, gaps and potential issues and escalate them appropriately to mitigate impact.
• Support governance, reporting and documentation throughout the project lifecycle to ensure transparency.
• Prepare clear project dashboards, briefing papers, and progress reports for senior management.
