Stuff’d Ventures Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an Area Manager to oversee 4–6 outlets, aligning daily operations with company goals. You will lead Kiosk Managers, coach teams, and ensure top service quality, efficiency, and compliance across all sites.

You will drive staffing, inventory control, and the execution of promotions, while maintaining strong ties with HQ for consistency and growth across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-outlet operations across multiple sites.
• Proven ability to coach and develop frontline managers.
• Strong grasp of food safety, SOPs, and FIFO principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear direction and coaching to Kiosk Managers and teams.
• Act as liaison between HQ and outlets to disseminate directives.
• Review daily reports, identify issues and propose improvements.
• Direct efficient product preparation and timely customer delivery.
• Coordinate promotions and maintenance with HQ for business continuity.
• Review customer feedback and drive after-action reviews for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and audits.
• Manage staffing, timesheets, and succession for outlets.
• Set ambitious goals, give feedback, and enforce HR policies.
