Job summary

CBRE Pte Ltd is seeking an Area General Manager for GWS Local in Singapore. You will lead a portfolio of CBRE accounts, oversee P&L, ensure QHSE and regulatory compliance, and mentor Contract Managers within your portfolio.

You will drive operations excellence, build client relationships, and push for growth and retention through strategic development and project opportunities, while upholding CBRE's standards and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities management, building services or similar.
• Track record of success in management and leadership roles.
• Willing to work on any schedule based on business needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports across a portfolio of customer contracts.
• Ensure optimum resource levels, cost control and service excellence.
• Recruit, coach and mentor Contract Managers and develop succession plans.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and lead mobilization of new contracts.
• Hold P&L responsibility, drive financial governance and contract compliance.
• Promote safety culture and proactive QHSE management.
