CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking an Area General Manager (AGM) to lead a portfolio of CBRE accounts, drive P&L performance, and oversee QHSE, compliance, people and talent management. The AGM recruits and mentors Contract Managers, shaping a high-performing team across multiple contracts.

The role sits in Local facilities management, delivering locally led solutions with a focus on service excellence, technical hard services, and client care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management or related field required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in facilities management, building services or projects.
• Proven track record in management and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports across contracts.
• Manage portfolio P&L, ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.
• Promote safety culture and QHSE across portfolio.
• Drive growth, retention and new contract mobilisation.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and stakeholder engagement.
