Job summary

HG Works Pte Ltd is seeking an interior architect to lead the technical side of projects in a collaborative studio. You will translate designs into construction documents and manage detailed drawings and specifications.

The role requires Revit expertise, AutoCAD proficiency, and strong MEP coordination. You will contribute to client presentations with 3D models and renderings and ensure code-compliant, buildable solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in interior design or architecture.
• Experience in a design consultant company or architectural firm is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit is mandatory.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software (SketchUp, Enscape, Rhino, or 3ds Max).
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building systems, and local building codes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team to develop interior architectural concepts.
• Translate conceptual designs into detailed technical drawings, construction documents, and specifications.
• Ensure all designs are functional, buildable, and compliant with building codes and industry standards.
• Produce comprehensive millwork details, wall sections, ceiling plans, and reflected ceiling plans.
• Develop high-quality construction documentation using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Coordinate closely with MEP engineers, structural engineers, lighting designers, and other consultants.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design intent.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for accuracy and compliance.
• Research and specify interior building materials, finishes, and fixtures.
• Assist in creating 3D models and renderings to communicate design ideas during client presentations.
