Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd is seeking a skilled architectural/stone project coordinator for on-site work at Tuas, Singapore. You will review drawings, produce detailed shop drawings, and coordinate with procurement and overseas suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.

The role requires at least 2 years of related experience and proficiency in AutoCAD. You will liaise with main contractors and installation specialists to manage project and site activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related work experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD drawings.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret architectural, structural, M&E drawings and interior design drawings.
• Produce and verify detailed shop drawings, cutting lists, and installation details.
• Prepare and track shop drawings and technical submissions.
• Advise on marble and natural stone buildability, veining continuity, and edge profiling.
• Coordinate with procurement teams and overseas suppliers to arrange stone sourcing, quality inspections, and material delivery schedules.
• Ensure strict adherence to material specifications (e.g., grade, finish, sizing, and anti-stain treatments).
• Act as the primary liaison between the project team, main contractors, and installation specialists.
