Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Architecture Co-ordinator in Tuas to review and interpret architectural and related drawings, and to produce and verify detailed shop drawings and installation details.

You will coordinate with procurement teams and overseas suppliers for stone sourcing, inspections, and delivery schedules while ensuring strict material spec adherence. A minimum of 2 years' experience and AutoCAD proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related work experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD drawings.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret architectural, structural, M&E drawings and interior design drawings.
• Produce and verify detailed shop drawings, cutting lists, and installation details.
• Prepare and track shop drawings and technical submissions.
• Advise on marble and natural stone buildability, veining continuity, and edge profiling.
• Coordinate with procurement teams and overseas suppliers to arrange stone sourcing, quality inspections, and material delivery schedules.
• Ensure strict adherence to material specifications (e.g., grade, finish, sizing, and anti-stain treatments).
• Act as the primary liaison between the project team, main contractors, and internal/external installation specialists.
• Project & Site Management.
