Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a drafting professional to prepare detailed shop drawings, cutting lists, and as-built documentation for construction projects. The role requires collaboration with the project team and accurate quantity take-offs.

Candidates should hold a Diploma or Degree in Building Construction or Architecture, with 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Stone/Tile shop drawing. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Revit/BIM is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop drawings, cutting list, as built and take off quantities.

• Other ad-hoc drafting assigned by the superior.

Job description

• Up till $4,000 Basic + Bonus

• 5 days work week only

• Proficiency in MS Office, Autocad and Revit/BIM

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare detailed shop drawings, cutting list, as built and taking off quantities.

• Assist project team in engineering related documentation / administration.

• Other Ad-hoc drafting assigned by the superior.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma / Degree in Building Construction/ Architecture .

• Minimum 3 - 5 years relevant experience.

• Preferably with experience in Stone / Tile shop drawing & cutting list.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Autocad and Revit/BIM.

• Careful, analytical with excellent problem solving skills, proactive, a good team desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company.

• Able to work independently with minimum guidance.
