Job summary

SINTAL ENTERPRISE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Architecture Co-ordinator in Singapore to review drawings across disciplines and prepare precise shop drawings and installation details.

You will coordinate with procurement and overseas suppliers to manage stone sourcing and delivery schedules while ensuring buildability and finish specifications on marble projects. The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD, strong communication, and the ability to liaise with contractors and installation teams on site

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating architectural, structural, M&E and interior drawings.
• Ability to interpret drawings and translate into shop drawings and installation details.
• Experience coordinating with procurement and suppliers for material delivery.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret architectural, structural, M&E and interior drawings.
• Produce and verify detailed shop drawings, cutting lists, and installation details.
• Prepare and track shop drawings and technical submissions.
• Advise on marble and natural stone buildability, veining, and edge profiling.
• Coordinate with procurement teams and overseas suppliers for sourcing and deliveries.
• Act as liaison between project team, main contractors, and installation specialists.

- Review and interpret architectural, structural, M&E drawings and interior design drawings.

- Mustbe proficient in AutoCAD to produceand verify detailed shopdrawings, cutting lists, and installationdetails.

- Prepare and track shop drawings and technicalsubmissions

- Advise on marble and natural stonebuildability, veining continuity, and edge profiling.

- Coordinate with procurement teamsand overseas suppliers to arrange stonesourcing, quality inspections, and materialdelivery schedules.

- Ensure strict adherence to materialspecifications (e.g., grade, finish, sizing, and anti-stain treatments).

- Project & Site Management

- Act as the primary liaison between the project team, main contractors, and internal/external installation specialists.

- Has worked experience in Singapore.
