The ideal candidate must hold a Diploma in Architecture or a related field. This role entails significant interaction with sub-contractors and project management to ensure compliance and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure the quality and timely execution of all architectural works.
• Assist the Project Manager in scheduling and planning for sub-contractor and material quotations.
• Verify that drawings and documentation accurately reflect site requirements and client or consultant amendments.
• Prepare supplementary sketches and details as needed for clarification.
• Review architectural drawings against structural and M&E plans to identify and resolve conflicts.
• Coordinate with consultants to resolve discrepancies and keep project management informed of variations.
• Ensure correct sequencing, dimensions, alignment, and levels of architectural trades.
• Collaborate with Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager to determine and procure finishing materials.
• Monitor timely delivery and proper storage of materials.
• Conduct regular coordination meetings with sub-contractors to track progress and resolve issues.
• Assign tasks to architectural supervisors and monitor their performance.
• Attend all relevant site, technical, and coordination meetings.

Education

Diploma in Architecture or related field (e.g., Building Technology, Interior Design)
