Job summary

FRONTIER ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an on-site Architectural Project Coordinator with a Diploma/Degree in Building Architecture and at least 1 year of residential project experience.

You will lead architectural activities on site, coordinate subcontractors, and liaise with client representatives and authorities to ensure safe, timely progress. The role focuses on site coordination, problem solving, and adherence to BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks standards within a dynamic construction

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Building Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 1 year of local working experience on residential buildings.
• Familiar with BCA CONQUAS, Quality Marks, and safety aspects.

Responsibilities

• Report to Project Manager/Site Manager for arranging site work.
• Coordinate and oversee all architectural works on site.
• Monitor and coordinate the works of subcontractors.
• Coordinate inspections by Resident Engineer and Clerk of Works.
• Handle technical and engineering problems on site.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor work progress on site.
• Liaise with client representatives, authorities and consultants.

• Liaison with client’s representative, relevant authorities and consultants for the execution of work
• Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk Job
