Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Architectural Project Coordinator in Singapore to manage and coordinate design and construction activities from client brief through to handover.

You will liaise with local and overseas teams, review drawings, and ensure adherence to project requirements. Responsibilities include site surveys, coordinating with architects and contractors, and monitoring progress to meet schedules.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Construction, Engineering or related discipline.
• Candidates with architectural/design background are highly preferred.
• Experience in architectural design, interior design, project coordination, construction, technical coordination or system integration is preferred.
• Experience with architects, consultants, contractors, developers or construction teams is advantageous.
• Strong ability to read and understand architectural drawings, CAD drawings and technical documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, CAD or similar software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate projects from client requirements, design development, production, installation, testing and commissioning through to project completion.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Singapore clients, internal project teams and overseas design/technical teams, ensuring requirements are understood and implemented.
• Coordinate with the overseas team on design development, drawings, specifications, installation methods and system integration to meet project requirements.
• Review and coordinate architectural drawings, CAD drawings, SketchUp models, shop drawings and technical submissions.
• Work with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, suppliers and subcontractors to coordinate design and project requirements.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments, coordinate site activities and monitor progress to ensure works follow approved designs.
