Job summary

AEON SEARCH CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a driven Sales Specialist to drive product specifications in architectural projects and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales budgets.

You will proactively develop relationships with architects, designers, and contractors, deliver compelling product presentations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and comprehensive reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in building materials or architectural products sales with a proven track record in specifications.
• Strong understanding of product specifications and project lifecycles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, and specifiers.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software and project tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and designers to specify products in projects to meet sales budgets.
• Proactively seek out new clients to expand market share and maintain current client relationships.
• Conduct product presentations to architects, designers, and stakeholders to showcase product advantages.
• Partner with main contractors and carpenters to promote products as preferred materials and drive sales opportunities.
• Track specification progress, success rates and convert specifications into sales.
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth sales management and project deliveries.
• Maintain records of specification activities, project status, and customer interactions for reporting and analysis.
• Gather market insights to inform management decisions.
