Job summary
China Harbour (Singapore) Engineering Company Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Design Coordination professional to align architectural designs with project requirements, regulations and safety standards.
You will collaborate with clients, consultants and contractors, review drawings and specifications, monitor timelines and budgets, and resolve on-site issues to ensure construction follows approved plans.
Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.
- Experience on large-scale construction projects.
- Familiarity with local codes and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Architect in coordinating design details with clients, consultants and contractors.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop architectural designs, schedules and construction plans.
- Monitor timelines, budgets and milestones to align with project goals.
- Review specifications, tender clarifications and drawings for procurement and contracts.
- Resolve on-site architectural issues such as drawing discrepancies and method statements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with plans.
- Coordinate preparation and submission of drawings, shop drawings and samples.
- Work with engineers and contractors to solve technical issues as they arise.
