Job summary

You will work across drawings, materials, submissions, production, and site execution, coordinating with architects, designers, contractors, suppliers, and installers to ensure projects are delivered accurately and efficiently. Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Building, Construction, or related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Excellent coordination, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Review architectural and interior drawings for dimensions, interfaces and constructability.
• Prepare and update shop drawings, technical details, schedules, and project documentation.
• Coordinate materials, finishes, and installation requirements with suppliers and installers.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with architects, contractors, and designers.
• Maintain accurate drawings and project records throughout the delivery cycle.
