Job summary

Staffhub Group in Singapore seeks a capable project coordinator to manage architectural drawings, submit shop drawings, and oversee as‑built submissions in collaboration with consultants and the project team.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal staff to discuss and resolve project management, specifications and technical issues, track progress, control costs, supervise documentation, and ensure safety, quality and timely delivery across all project phases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on all architectural drawings and works, prepare, submit and update Shop Drawings & As-Built submissions
• Review & resolve with consultants on conflicts with architectural drawings and structural/M&E issues
• Prepare, review, coordinate with clients, consultants, project team members, sub contractors and all relevant parties to discuss and resolve Project Management, Specifications and Technical Issues
• Carry out work scheduling, cost control, project supervision & documentation to ensure timely and smooth progess of projects
• Ensure quality is achieved & compliance to safety rules and regulations
• Coordinate, monitor & assist the sub-contractors on the progress of work
