CHINA HARBOUR (SINGAPORE) ENGINEERING COMPANY PTE. LTD. seeks a Design Coordinator to align architectural designs with project needs.

You will support architects, liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors, and help manage drawings, shop drawings and material samples for large-scale projects in Singapore. Responsibilities include monitoring timelines and budgets, reviewing specifications, and resolving on-site issues to ensure plans are properly implemented and compliant with local

Qualifications

Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.
Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM or similar software.

Responsibilities

Assist the Architect in coordinating design details between clients, consultants, and contractors to align designs with project requirements.
Collaborate with project teams to develop architectural designs, schedules, and construction plans.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure progress aligns with goals.
Review specifications and construction drawings to assist in contract and procurement management.
Resolve on-site architectural issues, such as drawing discrepancies and project correspondence.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction follows approved plans.
Coordinate preparation and submission of architectural drawings, shop drawings, mockups, and material samples.
