Job summary

China Harbour (Singapore) Engineering Company Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Coordinator to support design detailing, coordination among clients, consultants and contractors, and to align designs with project requirements and safety standards.

You will work with project teams to develop architectural designs, schedules, and construction plans, monitor timelines and budgets, review specifications and drawings, and conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.
• Experience with large-scale construction projects.
• Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Architect in coordinating design details between clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop architectural designs, schedules, and construction plans.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure progress is in line with project goals.
• Review project specifications, tender clarifications, and construction drawings to assist in contract and procurement management.
• Resolve on-site architectural issues, such as drawing discrepancies, method statements, and project correspondence.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction is aligned with approved architectural plans.
• Work with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to solve technical issues as they arise.
• Coordinate the preparation and submission of architectural drawings, shop drawings, mockups, and material samples, ensuring proper implementation and approval.
