Job summary

JGP-GROUP CONSULTANTS (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee design development and on-site supervision for public sector construction projects in Singapore.

The role requires coordinating with architects and consultants from planning to implementation. The candidate should hold a recognised degree in architecture or engineering, have at least seven years of project management experience, and be familiar with Singapore Public Sector Contracts and construction safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural, Civil/Structural/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Building Science or Quantity Surveying.
• Degree recognised by professional bodies or BCA.
• Familiarity with Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract for Construction Work.
• Attended and passed the Construction Safety Course for Project Managers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure design complies with statutory requirements.
• Manage design development of the project.
• Execute tender procurement.
• On-site construction supervision.
• Procure statutory compliance for TOP and CSC.
• Monitor defects and final certification.
