Job summary

JGP ARCHITECTURE (S) PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a proactive junior architect to assist the Project Architect and Project Manager in planning, coordination and documentation. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and authorities to ensure design intent and regulatory compliance.

You will monitor progress, prepare meeting minutes, conduct site inspections, and help ensure projects meet approved plans on time.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Construction or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as a team.
• Relevant working experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Architect and Project Manager in project planning and coordination.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and relevant authorities.
• Monitor project progress, schedules and construction quality.
• Coordinate drawings, submissions and approvals from relevant authorities.
• Conduct site inspections and follow up on defects rectification.
• Prepare meeting minutes and project documentation.
• Assist in ensuring projects are completed on time and in accordance with approved plans and requirements an advantage.
