Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and great attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with ability to work independently.
• Master's Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Singapore.
• Familiarity with local building regulations and authority submissions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor design process from conception to construction administration to ensure design intent.
• Collaborate with Principal Architect and Design Director throughout development and implementation stages.
• Project management: coordinate with client, consultants, authorities and stakeholders.
• Prepare submission drawings to authorities.
• Prepare and produce construction documents and specifications.
• Coordinate the project from design to completion.
