Job summary

Unknown Client in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee building projects from conception to completion. The role entails planning, coordination with consultants and contractors, and ensuring schedule, budget and quality standards are met.

The candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline and have 8+ years of building construction experience, with main contractor exposure in Singapore considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building or related discipline.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in building construction projects.
• Experience with a main contractor in Singapore is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, coordination and execution of building projects from start to finish.
• Manage progress, ensuring schedule, budget and quality adherence.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders for smooth delivery.
• Monitor site progress and resolve technical and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes and project specs.
• Manage resources, manpower and subcontractors effectively.
• Attend project meetings and report progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure all works meet quality standards and contractual requirements.
