Job summary

THI ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a design coordination specialist to manage technical design and drawing submissions between clients and consultants, ensuring compliance with Singapore building codes and project requirements.

You will support structural and architectural design, produce and review drawings using AutoCAD, Revit and Tekla, and apply BCA guidelines and Eurocode to steel works.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating design submissions for construction projects.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit and Tekla for drawings.
• Knowledge of Singapore building practices and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical design and drawing submissions between clients and consultants to ensure timely and accurate delivery for project approvals
• Apply expertise in architectural design, drawing, specifications, and detailing to support project development and compliance
• Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and Tekla software to produce and review structural and architectural drawings
• Interpret and apply Eurocode and BCA guidelines to structural steel and metal works design and calculations
• Conduct site visits as necessary to verify design implementation and resolve technical issues
• Manage communication and collaboration among project stakeholders to maintain alignment and meet deadlines
• Demonstrate familiarity with architectural detailing, construction methods, and Singapore building practices to ensure quality and regulatory compliance
• Adapt work processes to meet tight project timelines and deliverables
• Leverage experience with LTA, MRT, or main contractor projects to enhance project execution and coordination
