The position covers concept, schematic, contract, and post-contract stages, requiring coordination with disciplines, preparation of drawings, and ongoing CPD to stay current in architectural trends.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture / Urban Design or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop and 3D Max.
• Proficiency in SketchUp and InDesign.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement the design principles of projects.
• Coordinate with engineers and sub-consultants to ensure design integrity.
• Prepare complete drawings and specifications per project brief and local codes.
• Maintain alignment with QA/QC procedures and project standards.
