Job summary

10 Design, part of Egis Group, is an international architecture and master planning practice with offices worldwide, including Singapore. We are seeking an Architectural Designer to contribute to design excellence, ensuring documentation reflects the project brief, site context, and local codes.

The role emphasizes coordination across disciplines and adherence to QA/QC standards. Ideal candidates have a degree in Architecture or Urban Design, strong design skills, and proficiency in Revit,

Qualifications

• Degree education: Architecture, Urban Design or equivalent.
• Strong design skills and creative capability.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Max, SketchUp and InDesign.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Engage in project research and assist the project leader in compiling a preliminary project report.
• Study and prepare detailed sketches or layouts illustrating architectural plans proposed or adopted.
• Assist in investigating client brief options, alternatives and possibilities.
• Prepare presentation material and ensure reports, drawings and specifications align with company standards.
• Coordinate with engineers for MEP and structural requirements when required.
• Ensure design intent is understood by all team members and followed during design stages.
• Coordinate with sub-consultants and other disciplines as required.
• Follow QA/QC procedures and document control throughout the stages.
