Job summary

10 Design, part of Egis Group, is seeking an Architectural Designer to translate design intent into deliverables across schematic and detailed stages. You will collaborate with engineers, consultants, and the project team to ensure documentation aligns with the client brief, codes, and QA/QC procedures.

The role emphasizes developing exterior and interior design details, coordinating with MEP and structural teams, and delivering coordinated drawings for approvals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Urban Design or equivalent.
• Excellent design skills and proficiency in listed software.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Engage in project research and assist the project leader in compiling a preliminary project report.
• Coordinate with engineers related to MEP and structural requirements when required.
• Coordinate and submit drawings and documents required for local authority approvals.
• Study and analyse design issues relating to spatial organization and efficient use of spaces.
• Ensure design intent is understood by all team members for schematic design.
• Prepare complete drawings and specifications during detail design.
