Job summary

SCDA invites a Design Architect to join its Singapore office to contribute to the full delivery of significant architectural projects from concept through design development. The role offers exposure to diverse hospitality projects and a collaborative, design-led practice environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture, BOA registration (or eligibility to act as QP), and 8–10 years of professional experience.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in hospitality projects for hotels and resorts will be an advantage.
• Registered Architect with BOA Singapore and to act as Qualified Person (QP) for submissions will be an advantage.

We are seeking a highly motivated Design Architect to join our Singapore office. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the full delivery of significant architectural projects - from concept to design development stage.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
• Registered Architect with the Board of Architects (BOA) Singapore and to act as Qualified Person (QP) for authority submissions will be an advantage
• 8-10 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in hospitality projects for hotels and resorts will be an advantage
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino and other design software
• Strong design sensibility with an understanding of building assembly, systems, and components
