Job summary

The Housing and Development Board invites you to join the in-house Urban Design & Architectural Innovation team within the Centre of Excellence in Urban Design & Development, Building & Research Institute, to work at the intersection of design and research with real-world impact in Singapore.

You will contribute to BTO developments, perform detailed design development, BIM, and project exposure, seeing how design decisions scale in one of the world’s most respected public housing programmes.

Qualifications

• Architecture internship or study with design emphasis.
• Experience with Photoshop and 3D modelling tools.
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and rendering software.

Responsibilities

• Detailed design development and preparation of authority submission drawings.
• Spatial design applied research and testing of spatial innovations.
• BIM proficiency to support architectural work.
• Project management exposure at the construction stage.
