Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an Architectural Coordinator to support the lead engineer in delivering compliant designs and coordinating with stakeholders on LTA projects.

The role entails reviewing drawings and specs, managing DAR submissions, coordinating meetings with contractors, AE, and LTA, and overseeing site installations to ensure adherence to project standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience with a main contractor on LTA projects.
• Strong communication and coordination with the ability to manage subcontractors.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
