Job summary

JDA WMS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Architectural Drafter/Coordinator to prepare and manage architectural drawings for building construction projects in Singapore. You will coordinate with consultants, engineers, and project teams to ensure drawings are accurate and compliant with requirements.

Responsibilities include preparing shop and construction drawings in AutoCAD, reviewing and updating drawings, and ensuring alignment with design intent throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Higher NITEC in Architecture, Building, Drafting, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant architectural drafting experience in building construction.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or BIM software is advantageous.
• Familiar with Singapore building practices and construction methods.
• Able to read and interpret architectural, structural, and construction drawings accurately.
• Strong coordination, communication, and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Experience in LTA, MRT, or main contractor projects is advantageous.
