Job summary

BANEN ASSOCIATES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Architectural Coordinator to manage architectural works from design through construction on major LTA and MRT projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Building, Construction or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in LTA / MRT or major infrastructure projects.
• Main Contractor experience is highly advantageous.
• Good knowledge of architectural works, drawings and site coordination.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural works, drawings and technical submissions.
• Review drawings, materials and architectural requirements.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and project teams.
• Coordinate architectural interfaces with C&S and M&E works.
• Resolve design, technical and site coordination issues.
• Monitor works for compliance with drawings, specifications and quality standards.
